License Agreement

1. Grant of License: MindQ Publishing, Inc. of Herndon, Virginia grants the original purchaser of this product the nonexclusive right to use this software at one computer location serving one individual user.  Use on a network is strictly prohibited.  This license does not represent a sale of software or permission to lease or rent the software to other parties.  The material in this product may not be reproduced without accompanying copyright notices.  The material in this product may not be transmitted or exported to another user. The original purchaser may use this product on another computer only if the files installed by the SETUP program are deleted from the original computer.

2. Updates: If this software is an upgrade/update from a prior version, the same license provisions as described in 1 (above) shall apply.

3. Copyright: This product, including all of its contents, is owned by MindQ Publishing, Inc. or its suppliers, and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. None of the printed materials accompanying this product may be copied.

4. Limited Warranty:  MindQ Publishing, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this software disc is free of defects in materials and of faulty workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.  MindQ Publishing, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether the disc is actually defective if returned to MindQ by the original purchaser, along with proof of purchase.

Otherwise, MindQ Publishing, Inc. and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or liability on behalf of MindQ Publishing, Inc. or its suppliers with respect to the software and the accompanying written materials.

MindQ Publishing, Inc. and its licensers specifically disclaim any warrant, guarantee or representation as to the correctness or accuracy of reliability of the material in this disc and its use. You as the user assume the entire risk of using the product and information contained in the product.

5. Remedies:  MindQ's entire liability and the customer's exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of a defective disc, deemed defective at the sole discretion of MindQ Publishing, Inc. If any legally constituted and competent jurisdiction determines the above warranty is invalid in any way, damages and other compensation will not exceed the original purchase price of this product and proof of this price must be furnished by the user.

6. Consequential Damages: In no event shall MindQ Publishing, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, damages for loss of business profits, loss of business information, business interruption, or other loss).
